Dave Johnson, Design Director
Dave provides full service design/and creative. He produces design, ideation and consulting to top-tier brands as well as service to clients in the non-profit sector. Before coming to Life's Eyes media, he spent 20+ years honing his design and creative expertise. He's a former senior creative at LPK Design, where he developed designs primarily for Procter & Gamble, Hershey's Kellogg's Sirius Satellite Radio and many others. Before that, he was also a creative consultant.specialist in the Chicago-area for top tier clients including Unilever, Pepsico, Kraft and many others. With Life's Eyes Media David is responsible for conceptual design, packaging innovation, original illustrations and art direction.
Joyce Looby, Creative Director
Joyce is a videographer and editor with more than 10 years offield experience. Her production background includes studio productions, live and pre-produced events. She has produced and edited videos for private and corporate use, as well as for retail distribution. Joyce previously contracted with several production companies and remains in high-demand due to her ability to produce high-quality and creative videos. She has worked on projects that vary in scale from corporate events like the AAA Children's Outing at King's Island to international location shoots for the Space Telescope Science Institute. She has worked on a number of corporate, informationaland training videos and several documentary stories, like Cintas' Goodwill Project, 2008.

Mark Ramey, Chief Videographer
Mark is a 15-year veteran video producer. He has toted his camera gear all over the world, including stops in Chile, South America and South Africa. Mark has worked inbroadcast television for the past 19 years, where his current position is production director. Mark has worked with some of Life's Eyes Media's larger clients, such as Cintas and AAA, from concept to completion. His vast portfolio includes hundreds of TV commercials, documentaries, workout videos, wedding videos and industrial videos. Over the past 15 years, Mark has been involved with all of the video production process, including conceptual design, writing, shooting, lighting and editing.

Butch Wardlaw, Senior Media Trainer
Butch Wardlaw has a vision of "helping others communicate and perform more effectively." As chief consultant and senior trainer for Life's Eyes Media, Butch provides a number of critical consulting, training, and facilitation services for clients. He is an expert in message strategies; media, risk, and crisis communications; and organizational outreach to communities and the general public. Throughout his career, Butch has served in a wide variety of leadership roles, both public and private. Butch has conducted hundreds of training sessions for thousands of participants. His varied training audiences have included military service members, health care providers, risk managers, scientists, engineers, program managers, government leaders, corporate managers and executives, community outreach specialists, and public affairs specialists involved in health, safety, and environmental programs. Additionally, Butch has provided professional consultation and facilitation services for several clients including the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the U.S. Army Chemical Materials Agency, the Military Vaccine Agency, Dairyland Power, the U.S. Army Chemical Materials Agency, the National Vaccine Healthcare Center Network, and several Fortune 500 clients. Butch has conducted media training for more than two hundred fifty spokespersons including network executives and cast members at The Learning Channel as they prepared for a variety of interactions with the press; Disney managers and executives as they prepared for the 100 years of Disney celebration; senior managers at the Food and Drug Administration as they prepared for media interviews in case of a crisis in the nation's food supply and Health care providers, project managers, and public affairs officers involved in the Department of Defense military vaccine program. Butch is a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel with 21 years of active service.
